Dear Faceless Rental Corporation

I wonder if you, faceless rental corporation, the one that handles dozens if not hundreds of buildings in my area, are going to do anything other than exercise every legal right to extract the maximum amount of money from me after I decided to hand in my intent to vacate letter two days past the end of the month.
