Dear Canadiana,

When we, as a culture, invented the concept of "shotgunning" a beer, did anyone do any research into other areas of the world and the prevalance of larger cans? Because when explaining how to shotgun a beer, it would have been a lot more convenient if one didn't have to shotgun a half-litre of bud.

Seriously. As a culture, we either need to spread our influence so far that nobody has to teach shotgunning on a half-litre can, or let each other know that shotgunning that much beer can hurt.
