Dear Business Express

I don't know when things changed between you and I. We used to be so comfortable together, but now things are just awkward. I no longer know when you are coming or going and when we do meet up I feel restless. I miss your reclining chairs that welcomed me warmly and put me at ease. I feel like I'm constantly fighting with you when we try and go to sleep. Can't we go back to the way things used to be?
